ARRIVE ON TIME. Premier Sports Images will confirm the picture day and time your team is scheduled by sending an email to each parent directly, as well as sharing it with the league on all possible social media sites. Coaches, please tell your team to arrive at least 10 minutes before that time.

Since teams are scheduled throughout the entire day, there is little time to wait. Your team will start being photographed at your scheduled time, so please be on time, if not early.

When you arrive on Picture Day, head straight over to the photographer station. We will be ready to take your player’s individual photo.

If we are doing traditional group photos, please do not leave the general area. Once the entire team arrives, we can then take the group photo. This ensures very little waiting.

If we are using green screen, we only need to take individual photos of your player since we will Photoshop them together to create a perfect and seamless team photo.

Please make sure your athlete is game ready. Their entire uniform, minus shoes, is needed.

Bring whatever props you want to be photographed with, such as bats, gloves, balls, pom-poms, and other sport items.
